10 ways to fall asleep faster


Each person needs a different way to be able to sleep as each person is different. Here are some methods that can be helpful for you.

1) Listening to relaxing music

Is the perfect way to fall asleep.

2) Yoga

Yoga makes your body more relaxed because it stretches your bone making your body feel better.

3) read a book

Reading a book helps you chill and relax and drifts your mind away. 

4) watch tv 

Watch tv can drift your mind from reality making you either fall asleep or relax.

5) military method 

The military method, was a method applied by the army during long travels since they didn't know when to wake up. It consists of going to bed and think of something that relaxes you. An example can be thinking about you being in an island and reading a book.

Playing a game can help your mind free.

Showers not only help you relax, but also make your eyes tired due to the water.

Your phone stimulates your brain muscle and eyes leading you to stay awake more.
